Gentle reminder that Progressing Ballet Technique Workshop is having next Thurs-Sat (20-22 Nov) . Classes as below have to cancel as it clashes with the workshop time. Replacement date will be informed as soon as possible.

** For participants of PBT Workshop, Please prepare props : Yoga mat/ thick towel, 45cm-55cm gym ball, Thera band. Please wear leotard.Tie a high bun above ear as participant have to lay down on the floor. Thank you.
